Payments for our service are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, our authorised reseller.
Because our product is a digital service that begins immediately after purchase, refunds are handled in accordance with our Merchant of Record’s Buyer Terms and the limited exceptions below.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase if you have not yet received or accessed the service (e.g., no configuration or onboarding work has started).
Once setup, access, or configuration begins, you agree that the service has been delivered and is non-refundable, consistent with consumer laws for digital content.
Your subscription renews automatically every month at $28.99 USD.
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date by using the Merchant of Record's “Manage Subscription” link in your receipt or by emailing eric@wsonconnect.com.
Cancellations take effect at the next renewal. There are no refunds for unused time once a billing cycle has started, as the service begins immediately.
If there’s a technical or setup problem and the service is not as described, email eric@wsonconnect.com within 14 days of purchase.
We’ll review your case and, if appropriate, work with our Merchant of Record to issue a replacement, fix, or refund.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Invalid or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account per Merchant of Record’s policy.
Email eric@wsonconnect.com with your order number and reason for request, or simply reply to your Merchant of Record receipt email. Merchant of Record will verify your purchase and process the request.
This refund policy is consistent with Merchant of Record's Buyer Terms and complies with global consumer protection regulations for digital services.
